What it does

Turns problems and findings into questions you can actually brainstorm against. The “How might we…” phrasing is doing real work: it opens the solution space without narrowing it, and it makes the question answerable.

When to reach for it

After research, when you have findings but no direction yet. Or when a problem statement is either too broad to act on or too narrow to be interesting.
