- Write the note, optionally with @mentions
- Discuss the thread → Resolve when done
Comments earn their keep in review rounds and sign-off loops — every decision stays attached to the node it refers to.
Best practices
- Keep it tight — one concrete decision per comment
- Use status — separate open threads from resolved ones
- Link the context — reference outputs directly from the node they came from
