Credits are the single currency for AI work on Plooi. One unit, one price — visible before any node spends a thing.
Closed Alpha. Pricing below activates at public launch. Today, approved alpha testers get the full canvas plus the Plus-tier credit allowance — no card required.
How credits work
Every AI node run spends a known amount of credits. The cost depends on three things:
- Node type — heavier methods fold in more work
- Model — premium models carry a higher rate
- Output length — longer outputs cost more
The credit unit, in short
- 1 credit = €0.01 list price
- Credits are derived from the actual provider cost
- A small safety margin covers infrastructure overhead
You see the exact preview in the UI before every fold.

Credit packs are one-time purchases — no pay-as-you-go meter running in the background. Topped-up credits never expire.
Pack limits (default)
- Starter: up to 2 packs / month
- Plus: up to 5 packs / month
- Pro: up to 20 packs / month
Auto top-up is optional and off by default.
