Usability Test
Tasks from the user flow, findings from a heuristic pass over the wireframes.

What it does
Two halves on one card. Writes a test plan from the connected user flow — one task per step, each with an observable success criterion — and walks the connected wireframes against Nielsen’s ten usability heuristics, reporting every finding with the one heuristic it breaks and a severity from 0 to 4.
When to reach for it
As soon as wireframes exist, before time goes into high-fidelity or code. If a user flow is connected too, its steps become the test tasks directly.
Worth knowing
Sign-off on a finding is the same “Holds / Unsure / No” gesture as the Empathy Map — it’s not a new control, it’s the built-in validation every co-author list already carries. One half can stay empty: no flow means no tasks, no wireframes means nothing to review — that’s the shape of the method, not a failure.
